Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we do our best to achieve this and have outlined the following to make sure we provide you with real results in a timely manner to make your experience a very pleasant one or we will refund your payments on any debit or credit cards if we do not fulfill our commitment as outlined below. If you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever please contact us at 1-888-980-9757 to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue before disputing any transactions with your issuing bank or our 3rd party card processor service.
It is our goal to ensure you are 100% happy with our service. If you are not happy with our service or results of our service, and we have not delivered what we have promised in writing or your credit score has not increased by at least 100 points on any of the 3 credit bureaus within 60 days from the time we started working on restoring your credit file after you sent us everything that we requested from you to start restoring your credit and or you did not have at least 50% of the negative items you instructed us to dispute removed, we will refund any down payment you paid and any payments you made if you meet the previous criteria just mentioned and request a refund if not happy with our service and we will stop work immediately on your file and cancel any contract you have if paying on a monthly installment plan. If you cancel your service and ask for a refund we are no longer going to work on your file and if your credit scores decrease we will no longer be responsible or accept any further responsibilities.
If there are additional negative items or additional debt added to your credit files or bureaus from the time we start working on restoring your credit that were not originally reported to the credit bureaus, our guarantee or refund policy will no longer be .in place and will be void in its entirety.
